Open from January 9 - June 4, 2023 are the playgrounds: Arabia, Brahe, Etupelto, Ida, Isonneva, Iso-Antti, Kankarepuisto, Kannelmäki, Kesanto, Kiiltotähti, Kotinummi, Kurkimäki, Lampi, Lohikäärmepuisto, Loru, Maunula, Myllynsiipi, Orava, Piika, Roihuvuori, Seppä, Strömberg, Taivallahti, Viikkari, and Vähätupa.
Note! The city's list incorrectly states that Rutshollari playground is open, but this is not the case as the building is being demolished and only school children's afternoon activities are provided in substitute locations.
Playgrounds announce their programs through the city's event calendar and on the playgrounds' own Facebook pages.
The City of Helsinki announced on December 8, 2022 that it is continuing playground closures, and as of January, 39 city playgrounds are closed until at least summer 2023. You can sign the #ForTheYoung petition for a more child-friendly Helsinki policy through this link.
A demonstration regarding Helsinki's early childhood education situation will also be held at Sennatintori on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 5 PM!

Talvikki Eerola: Crayfish Opera at Annantalo's celebration hall on Tuesday at 9 AM and 10:30 AM. The performance is suitable for 2-6-year-olds and their families. Free admission.
Family Fun Sessions at Pallomylly indoor hall in Myllypuro Sports Park. In family ball play, all children under 9 move on soft artificial turf with their own adult.
