Albertin Living Room, a family meeting place open to all at Albertinkatu 33, is open on Mondays from 9:30am-2pm (International Monday's).
Dance and Play workshops for toddlers and their parents at Caisa Cultural Center (Kaikukatu 4 B) in the Maissi space on Monday at 10am (ages 1-3) and 11am (ages 3-5). Dance and Play workshops inspire and guide Helsinki parents and children to create and experience dance art together. You can participate in the workshop instruction whenever it suits you, at all sessions or just some. Choose a time that works for you and arrive on time. No pre-registration required; places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Up to 12 first arrivals. Free admission.

Jussi's Forest Tales: A Story Forest Walk in Matokallion Forest on Tuesday at 9:15am and 10:30am. The forest story walk is suitable for children over 3 years old, or children who can manage a short forest walk. The location is Matokallion Forest next to Helsinki's language high school in Itäkeskus. Meeting point on the forest side of the high school's edge, at the intersection of Kajaaninlinnantie and Ratasmyllynkuja. Free admission.

Safety Day Event at Railway Square on Friday from 10am–6pm and Saturday from 10am–2pm.
The event focuses on youth on Friday and on family children on Saturday. On both days, of course, the target group also naturally includes all those interested in safety in the capital region and Uusimaa. At Railway Square there are almost 20 exhibitors from the government and NGO sector. These include, among others, the City of Helsinki Fire and Rescue Department, Helsinki Police, Customs, Border Guard, Traffic Safety, and Women's Civil Guard. The event is organized by the Civil Guard Training Association South Finland (MPK South Finland). Free admission.
MIL-Espa: Air Force Big Band on Espa stage at 2pm. Free admission.

Skateboard School at Kontulan skate hall on Saturday from 10am-12pm. Suitable for all ages, younger children with an adult accompanying them. Course price €20.

Spring Capers at Culture Mill (Jauhokuja 3, Myllypuro) on Saturday from 10am-2pm. Free admission.
Fire Department Championships at the Convention Center on Saturday from 10am-6pm.
Competition participants are contract fire departments from all over Finland. The competition consists of three parts: knowledge, skills, and equipment. In addition to the competition, a wide range of equipment from the Helsinki Fire and Rescue Department and contract fire departments is on display, along with information on civil protection and accident prevention. The new rescue unit, the hook truck, will be shown for the first time at the event. The competition is a public event, and everyone interested in rescue services is welcome. The event is free. This year's event is organized by the City of Helsinki Fire and Rescue Department in cooperation with the Finnish Fire Chiefs' Association. Free admission.
