Pienten Helsinki's weekly "Where to go this week" series is back after a break that began in the spring of corona, and is looking for activity tips and kid-friendly events in Helsinki and the surrounding area. The website's target audience is families with children under ten years old.

Albert's Living Room is an open meeting place for families with children and seniors in Kamppi. Albert's Living Room is open Mondays 9:30-15, taking the exceptional situation into account.

Art Clinic: Hut games in the yard. Art Clinic for 3-6 year olds at Annantalo on Monday at 10 and 12:30. You can participate in the art clinic weekly or just occasionally, but you need to arrive on time. Pre-registration is required in the exceptional situation.

Puppet Theater Music Class in Sampo's aula gallery on Mondays at 10:30. Music class fee 8 €/session.

Events and activity ideas

Family ball games in the Pallomylly indoor hall at Myllypuro Sports Park. In family ball games, all children under 9 move in the company of their own adult on soft artificial turf. Free play, gymnastics, running or practicing walking. Family ball games on Tuesdays 9:30-11:30 and 16-18. Morning ball games are free for everyone, evening ball games require Pallomylly's entry fee for adults.

Kindergarten Museum is open on Tuesdays 12-19. Small entrance fee.

Open Studio for Toddlers workshops at Cultural Center Caisa on Tuesdays. The group size is limited due to the current situation, so on Tuesdays two workshops are offered: group 1 at 13:30-14:30 and group 2 at 14:30-15:30. The workshops are suitable for 1.5–3-year-old children together with a guardian. No pre-registration required, free entrance.

For babies and parents! BabyKino at Kallio Library. You can go to movies with your baby on Wednesdays at 12 and 14:30. Family ball games in the football hall at Tali Sports Park on Thursdays 9:30-11. In family ball games, all children under 9 move in the company of their own adult on soft artificial turf. Free play, gymnastics, running or practicing walking. You can get a tool bag from the supervisor when your turn starts and return it to the same place when the turn ends. No guided activities. Free entrance.
