  • Family Fun Events offer children under school age and their parents a space where they can move together independently and free of charge. Family Fun Events on Mondays:

    - Family Fun Events at Tapiola Primary School (Veljestenpiha 2) on Mondays from 5–6:30 pm from October 2 to December 11, 2023 (not in week 42).

Playgrounds and family centers on Monday

  • Playgrounds and family centers are back to regular activities. Park indoor spaces are open to families on weekdays mainly from 9 am to 12 pm; afternoons are reserved for schoolchildren. More detailed information can be found on the playgrounds' and family centers' own websites. Playgrounds announce their programs on the City of Helsinki's event calendar and on the playgrounds' own Facebook pages.
  • Playground Loru on Monday:
    - 10:30–11 am Loru moves – movement session for children over 2 years old.
    - 1–1:30 pm Kukkuluuruu – baby session for children under 1 year old.

Events and activity tips

  • Health Center Park on Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 1 pm in the lower hall of Kamppi Family Center. Free admission.
  • Art for Toddlers Workshop (Open Studio for Toddlers Workshops) at Caisa Cultural Center (Kaikukatu 4 B) on Tuesdays from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Workshops are suitable for children aged 1.5–3 years with their own adult. No pre-registration required, free admission. You can participate in workshops for the entire time or just for a short while.
  • Family Fun Events offer children under school age and their parents a space where they can move together independently and free of charge. Family Fun Events on Tuesdays:
