  • Helsinki MUSEUMS open on Mondays include Museum Merkki, Helsinki City Museum and Children's City, Tram Museum, TAHTO, and Amos Rex (closed on Tuesdays!).

  • Metropolia's HyMy Village Family Group Metku at Myllypuro Metropolia UAS spaces (next to the metro station) on Tuesday 9-11. Each session also features rotating programs for families led by students from early childhood education, social, health and culture sectors. The campus café Aspretto offers breakfast to family group participants for just 5.50 €.
  • Visit the Haltiala farm's lamb enclosure from 31.3.–3.5.2026. The enclosure is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-13 and Saturdays and Sundays 10-14, also during Easter. 23 lambs were born on Haltiala farm this year!
  • Albertin Living Room is open during spring 2026 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9.30–15.Free admission.
  • Program at Loru playground in Central Library Oodi on Tuesday:
    - 10.30–11 Loru moves, gentle movement for parents and babies (0-9 months)
    - 13–13.30 In Loru's warmth - baby session
    - 14-14.30 In Ramsans warmth, music, rhymes and songs for babies
  • Art for Toddlers workshop (Open Studio for Toddlers Workshops) at Caisa Cultural Center (Kaikukatu 4 B) on Tuesdays 13.30-15.30. The workshops are suitable for children 1.5–3 years old together with their adult. No pre-registration, free admission. You can participate for the entire time or just pop in.
  • Free evening at the Architecture and Design Museum on Tuesday 16-20. Don't miss the wonderful Escape to Moomin Valley exhibition!
  • Family Hulinat provide space for young children and their parents to move together independently and free of charge. The activity is open to everyone and no pre-registration is required for classes.
